7. LAND DEALS & LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
We do not guarantee:
- Feasibility of submitted deals
- Acceptance by developers
- Closing of transactions
- Profitability
Agents operate independently and are responsible for their actions.
8. PAYMENT PLANS
If enrolling in a payment plan:
- You agree to complete all scheduled payments.
- Failure to pay may result in revoked access.
9. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate accounts for:
- Violating policies
- Fraud
- Abuse
- Intellectual property violations
- Non-payment
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
